Account Deletion – My Business Manager

We respect your privacy and your decision to manage your account and data. This policy outlines how you can permanently delete your My Business Manager account and associated data.

1. Deletion Process

You can initiate the account deletion process using two methods:

• In-App Deletion: The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the My Business Manager application. Navigate to: Settings → Delete Account.
• Public Request: You may submit a formal deletion request by contacting our support team via email.

2. Data Subject to Deletion

Once your deletion request is processed, the following information will be permanently removed from our active systems:

• Your user account and primary login credential (phone number).
• All business profiles created under your account.
• All user-generated content, including products, services, menus, marketing posts, images, and videos.
• All associated analytics and reporting data linked to your identity.

We do not retain copies of your deleted personal or business data beyond the necessary retention period required by law or for security and fraud prevention purposes.

3. Deletion Timeframe and Confirmation

We commit to processing and permanently removing all associated personal and business data from our active databases within seven (7) days of receiving a valid deletion request.
