Welcome to My Business Manager (MBM). By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using My Business Manager, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the application. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Account & Phone Verification

To ensure the security and integrity of our platform, MBM utilizes phone-based authentication. By using the app, you explicitly agree to:

• SIM-based One-Tap Verification: Automatic verification of your phone number via SIM-based technology where available.
• SMS OTP: Receiving One-Time Passwords via SMS for login and account security purposes.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

My Business Manager is designed for legitimate business marketing and management. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Sending spam or unsolicited commercial communications.
• Sharing illegal, harmful, threatening, or defamatory content.
• Spreading misleading information or impersonating other businesses/individuals.
• Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the application.

4. Payments, Coins & Subscriptions

Our platform may offer virtual items (Coins) and premium AI-generated templates for purchase.

• Final Sale: All purchases of virtual coins and premium AI templates are final.
• Non-Refundable: Due to the digital nature of these assets and the immediate fulfillment of AI processing tools, all sales are non-refundable.
• Subscriptions: If applicable, subscription terms will be clearly presented at the time of purchase.

5. User Data & Content

You retain ownership of the data, logos, and images you upload to MBM.

• Permission to Process: By uploading content (such as business logos or product photos), you grant My Business Manager a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, resize, and display this content specifically for generating marketing templates and performing business analytics for you.
• AI Processing: You acknowledge that our AI engine processes your content to provide optimized marketing suggestions and visual templates.

6. Limitation of Liability

My Business Manager is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• MBM does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• MBM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business data, arising from your use of the software.
• You assume all responsibility for the business decisions made based on the data provided by the app.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via app notifications or email. Continued use of the app following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
