Welcome to My Business Manager. We are committed to helping business owners manage their operations digitally. This Privacy Policy describes how My Business Manager ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares your information when you use our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide and improve our Services, which falls into the following categories:

• Account Information: We use your phone number exclusively for account creation, authentication, and login through Firebase Authentication.
• Business Profile Information: Information you provide to set up and manage your business profile, including business name, logo, physical address, geographical location (latitude/longitude), and operating currency.
• User-Generated Content: Any content you create and store within the App to manage your business, such as product listings, service descriptions, menu items, marketing posts, images, and videos.
• Usage Data: Basic information regarding your use of the App, such as features accessed, screen views, and the time spent on the App.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to operate, provide, improve, and personalize our Services for you. This includes:

• Managing and operating your business account and profile.
• Enabling core features like multi-business switching, inventory management, and transaction recording.
• Analyzing usage patterns to monitor performance and develop new features.
• Communicating with you about service updates, security alerts, and account matters.

4. Media & Permissions

The App requires access to your device's media library and storage for the specific purpose of allowing you to upload images and videos to your business profile, products, services, or posts.

• User-Initiated Uploads: Access to photos and videos is strictly initiated by you when you choose to upload media content.
• No Background Collection: We do not access, scan, or automatically collect photos, videos, or other files from your device storage in the background or without your explicit action.

5. Ads & Analytics

We use third-party services to support and improve our application:

• Google AdMob: We utilize Google AdMob to display advertisements within the application. Please note that users who subscribe to a paid tier of our service will have advertisements removed.
• Firebase Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to track basic usage and performance data to understand how the App is used and to guide feature improvements.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to any third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

6. Data Storage & Security

We store your data on secure Firebase servers. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

7. Account Deletion

You have the right to permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. You can initiate this process in two ways:

• In-App Deletion: Go to Settings → Delete Account within the My Business Manager App.
• Public Request: Submit a formal deletion request by visiting our dedicated deletion page at https://bharatapps.store/delete-account.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Services. Once your account is deleted, we will permanently remove all associated personal data and business content from our systems in accordance with our deletion policy (Section 7).

9. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
